pg/vg???

Just curious if a 70/30 pg/vg mix will produce more vapor then 100% pg?

Rule of thumb, it should. More VG = more vapor, More PG = more TH. I prefer a 50/50 ratio myself.

Yes it will.

PG gives more flavor and TH, but produces very little vapor.
VG produces a ton of vapor, but dulls flavor and TH some.
PG is thin, while VG is thick.

Thats why most people like a ratio of the 2.

You may be interested in varying the percentage of PG/VG based on your equipment. I like 100% VG in atomizers and use the 80/20 for cartos or carto tanks. VG tends to be much thicker than PG and can create wicking problems w/ a carto.

70/30 is a good mix. It's still thin enough to use in just about any atomizer/cartomizer and it does add more vapor to the vape as well as reducing harsh throat hit slightly for those who like a mild vape.

70/30 wins by a noticeable margin over 80/20 and 50/50 in votes by 231 members.

Well yes........But 100% VG really blows the vapor............

All the juices I have are 70/30 and although they produce enough vapor they do seem to lack on the TH that I would prefer. So I have decided that I am going to start the DIY process. Gotta start getting equipment first bottles, mixing beakers or something suitable and the like. Kind of looking forward to doing this. Going to have more time on my hands now as I just got layed off again just yesterday (knew it was coming) but I will get to go to school this time on the GOVT's dime. YAY..!!!

70/30 at 24mg is purfecto. And 36 mg is a LOT! i dropped my nic levels from 24 to 18 and i cant even tell the difference in cravings. Try weening down a bit! i know a vendor that has more specific nic levels for weening.

I know 36mg is alot...Been vaping it for almost 2 years now... Every time I reorder juice I want to try a lower nicotine level... But I keep hitting the 36mg button........ next time some 24mg for a trail..............

I have tried most of the different ratio's and for my self I like the 70/30 PG/VG. It flows the best in most carto's and has alot of vapor if your carto is working properly.

I prefer different ratios to match the flavor. Fruit flavors I tend to have more pg so the flavor is stronger, but like pastry or chocolate flavors I tend to have more vg. It's a balancing act. Myfreedomsmokes.com has great prices on DIY stuff. The nicotine base is probably the best I have used

If PG produces more flavor then why are the flavors that are typically considered the best mainly VG?

Alien Vision juices are 100%VG...Copper Creek is 70%VG.

All 100%PG tastes like to me is pain.

I know 36mg is alot...Been vaping it for almost 2 years now... Every time I reorder juice I want to try a lower nicotine level... But I keep hitting the 36mg button........ next time some 24mg for a trail..............

I've been at 36 for 3 years.
Use what you need to stay away from cigarettes.
If it's not making you sick, you're doing fine.

I bought a bottle of juicy vapor 100% pg oba oba flavor and TH was pretty hardcore at 18mg nic strength. however after going back to my all day vanilla flavor for a while and letting that bottle sit for about 2 to 3 weeks the flavor enhanced and the TH tapered to a much more tolerable level. I prefer an 80/20 pg/vg but have just started trying KBV's 70/30 pg/vg and I like the flavor. for me I am unsure if I like VG due to getting somewhat a dry mouth and kindof a film in my mouth from it. other than that its pretty darn good!
