I've thought about this alot since I started vaping. I don't understand why big tobacco is fighting something that smokers really want. Why don't they just start producing an e-cig, or heck they could easily buy out any of the e-cig manufacturers. PM and RJR could probably buy out all the manufacturer's of the e-cig. Wouldn't this be easier than fighting the e-cig, that is getting a cult following?

Your mom said not to say...
If I was on the RJR board I would be screaming at my R & D to get their butts on the ball getting a better version of whats out there RIGHT NOW, even if it's crap get it on the market NOW! That way they have some name recognition right from the start and you can bet even if they go with the idea that it don't have to be perfect I would bet it would still be better than anything out there today. Be honest for a minute and put bias aside. I think it would be a fair statement to say that 90% of us would have gone with a RJR or to make the argument easier a Marlboro brand version of the Ecig over any one of the models so popular now.

There isn't a doubt in my mind that if I had done the research and it came down to getting the Dragon from Truesmoker.com that I did buy and have been totally pleased with and a E-Cig made by RJ Reynolds Co and branded as Marlboro E-Cigs or Camel E-cigs I would have ordered the latter without a second thought. In fact I can even go so far as to say that if there were such a thing, I would not have even BOTHERED DOING THE RESEARCH on the differences, I would have just bought the Marlboro E-Cig and not even have worried if it was going to work for me as I did with the first E-Cig I bought. I just realized the title was for a rival tobacco company but when I was writing this thread I could not remember another tobacco giants name to save my life apologies to the Phillip Morris Company, lol! :p
