just some hit and miss type shops that sell overpriced kits but good for a bailout in emergencies. The guys over at ecigg.org will help you out if you are in a pinch. There is a cig chop that has a few items and a 20$ 510 kit at 15th and walnut.

Dont know where you are at in Philly but there is also a totally wicked store in Warminster. If you are in the northeast its not too far.
