Please don't take this the wrong way, I have never dealt with your site before. Is there going to be enough Cobras to go around? Is the server going to be able to handle the rush? Will you announce ahead of time, when the actual release will be?

Your post was not taken the wrong way. I doubt there will be enough to go around. I ordered the maximum amount suggested by Siam mods. However, I already have an order in for more. So if/when we sell out more will be on the way shortly after.

As for the server, we will have to see. My "Day" job is a web designer, so the site is on my own dedicated server which is pretty beefed up with only a few other websites on there. The other sites are corporate sites and usually pretty busy without issue, but of course I have no way of knowing how many people will visit the site so I can not say.

We will be sending out a newsletter to the people on the Cobra news list around 24 hours before they go live with an exact time as to when we will be making them live. Shortly before they go live the category will go off line so I can update inventory and make them live and available for purchase. Well. To START, I'd have to just do the cobra stock format since I have some money sunk into the other custom tank you're holding on to.
But....I will be back for the custom cobra tank at some point.

Unfortunately it is not cost effective for us to spec and size one piece of glass. That being said if you have a glas tank you want sandblasted feel free to contact us.

I have been in touch with Siam Mods to discuss my next order of Cobras. It seems they do not have as many Cobras as they thought they would have, so the next batch will not be shipped for 4 to 5 weeks. So when this one sells out there will be a wait for more.

And according to tracking, it is looking like the 24 hour heads up newsletter will be going out tonight. So keep your eyes out so you can grab one while they last.

It is something we would like to do, but I still have 7 to 12 weeks of radiation ahead of me and at the moment I can only do about 3 hours at most out of bed. So it is not in the immediate future.

Oh actually just read this one. Rumors can be fun or an drive you nuts.

For those that are use to a stiffer draw such as carto tanks these are great love mine,might have to get another and for sure one of the nice tanks from phiniac for it

That is close, but not exactly right.

The Cobra branded tank comes on the cobra, but we have spoken to many people who do not want that tank with it. So for those people we decided to pull it off and offer a $5 discount on the Cobra. We weren't really sure what to do with all the tanks we pulled off, so we decided to make them available at a cheap price for replacement tanks etc.

The Naked tanks however are not made by us. While Siam Mods is excited to have us sandblast and customize the tanks, our arrangement with them is we sell their glass with the Cobra. So we had to purchase the blank glass from Siam Mods and the MSRP for the blank (or naked as we like to call them) Cobra is $15!
