My titanium caps over hang slightly on my 22mm mods. Jen will have to answer your 2nd question.

Hi Nuvole, sorry for the delayed response, for some reason, I do not always get a notification when there is a new post. The titanium caps overhang a 22 mod by 1mm. All of the caps (delrin and titanium) for the standard tanks are the same size. The caps for a skinny phinny are 17.25mm.

**the tank is clear but the juice is bright green and called Gummy Blood...... from Fusion

Thats also a normal sized tank. I use xl cartos with Phiniacs because its super simple (if you have strong fingers) to pry the top cap off and refill.

Other pyrex tanks Ive tried in the past crack from this kind of treatment.
