I can not for the life of me get this carto in! I have 3 other phiniacs plus one on the way and this one won't let me use it! I've destroyed my 2nd inner oring trying to insert my carto! I've lubed the carto prior to insertion and even tried during without success. This is as far as I can manage

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please shoot Chris an email to info@phiniac.com and he will get you all set up.

I have this problem when the screw on the carto punch gets dull. It deforms the carto so bad that the carto won't go in. Try sharpening the point on the screw or ask Phiniac if they have any spares. They are cheap.

No I have not! Saw the first movie but that is it. Aren't there a few different stargate series, which one should I start with?

I was going to suggest the original TV series that started it all with Richard Dean Anderson but I don't see it in Netflix. I'm sure it was there at one time. The spinoff was Stargage:Atlantis and I don't see that either and it was excellent. All I could find was the movies. Sorry. :(

Hi Moorea!

I sent an email last week, but haven't heard back yet. Is there a way to purchase a naked clear tank with the anodized caps instead of stainless steel, or alternatively, a way to buy the tube and caps separately?

I don't think the email was received. We do not sell stainless steel caps. We sell titanium caps and there is the option to choose from several different anodized colors or just the polished silver titanium. Each tank comes with delrin caps and the titanium caps are purchased separately.

Hi guys,
So, I'm wanting the diverV2. How's it working for ya'll? Moo, will you be getting any 35mm in soon?

Lots of good info in the Diver thread under Euro Suppliers. Only issues I am working on are in the Billet Box for a few people, other tanks it works like a charm.

Hi Willow, I hope all is well with you :)

I've only tried the Diver in our tanks but it works very well so far.

We are currently out of the 35mm Divers. We have a few 45mm left in stock. We ordered more of both about two weeks ago and I am told they should ship to us from Greece this week!

Yep, right as rain! Fit as a fiddle and all that jazz. Hope you and yours are doing well.
Cool, well since I have reg phins I'll want a 35mm one once ya get em in.
Will keep an eye out for it. I know you're good about sending out updates so I figure I'll see an email then. Can't wait to get it and use it. I'm tired of carto's. Just need something different to use with my Phins.

I'm not dead yet so I guess all is well. Chris and the kids are doing great!

For the more in demand products we send an email out 24 hours before the item is available and the Diver is on that list!
