Phoenix top coil?

This was asked at least a few times in the runaway phoenix thread, but I couldn't find where it was answered. So I'm starting a new thread for the question hoping it won't get missed.

When are the phoenix top coils supposed to be in? I was wanting to order the top coil and bottom coil at the same time.

we are still working the top coil, 2 things need to be ironed out before they are released.
