Do you work at Starbucks? Cause I like you a latte
I've been married for almost 20 years, so my pickup lines are a little rusty. But once, on vacation, my wife, who is a very attractive woman, was at the bar while I was talking to some people we'd met. Saw a guy grab a stool next to her to operate (neither of us really wear our wedding rings, in fairness to the guy). She's a sociable gal who was happily chatting with him. By the time I wandered over there, I think he was feeling like he had a shot.
I walked up, put my hand on her back, and said, "Any interest in a little casual fling? It's my last night here." She flashed me a grin, said that was exactly what she came looking for, and we left arm in arm. The guy was left staring after us with a look that combined confusion, jealousy, and a whisper of rage.
We still laugh about that.
