Perhaps it's just me, but I'm not feeling very pressured.
I like this thread because I like the mod p0rn. It's purty.
But I can tell you just because I like to look doesn't mean I'm going to touch (haha!)
I don't have a single mod that cost me over ~$40.
And yesterday was my 6 month anniversary off smokes. (Hooray me!)
The point is, you don't need $1000 worth of PVs to stay off smokes.
BUT if you have the discretionary income AND that is how you choose to spend it - then power to you, man.
(And don't forget to post pictures, because I like to see!)
The point is, if you're feeling pressured or overwhelmed, either you're hanging out in the wrong threads here on ECF (try the PIF threads - they're really a lovely bunch of people), or perhaps you need to step back and remember why you're vaping in the first place - to stay off the cigs.
If you're staying off the cigs - whether it be with a Blu or a GGTS - you're doing what you set out to do.
I've got a ton of mods, some I bought, some I made. It has more to do with being a gadget freak for me than anything else.
This is one of my favorite mods ... cost $2.20 to make.

No, it's a 2xAAA box with a 10440 bat.
Carto & battery are almost the same diameter.

So me bolt broke last Nite so I wiped up this 3.7v 18650 Altoids ghetto box mod. Don't laugh this is all I have for the weekend

I like it. I went a whole day with a wire wrapped around the negative of and atty and taped to the battery. When I needed to vape I put the atty on the positive. I looked like a crack attic but I got thru the day

Well ty soon I'll have my 18650 battery holders from China and I'll glue one in there for a easyer way to change the battery but this would do for the next few days or so
