Couple of PV stands Rick (renderwerks) of Absolute Wood made for me. Triple laminated with 4 different types of woods, American Black Walnut, Oak, Padauk and Zebrawood. Absolutely gorgeous, the PV holes are lined with red flocking. Thanks Rick!

Hey Ken, where are those stands available. I like the lining and the simple shape.

My Nemesis Legion with Kayfuns and Ithakas

Ithaka versus Kayfun in your opinion? That setup on the right is my current dream setup. I'm jealous but once my KFL comes in I'll be half way there. Props on that beautiful collection.

I have a few Kayfuns and they r easier to deal with. Whatever resistance wire u prefer, wrap the silica/cotton/ekwool and attach to posts. The Ithaka requires resistance in between non resistance wire. Then u have to lay it over the atty, run the wire along it then wrap it in 2 diff spots on the post (neg/pos). Def more complicated.

Ken

edit: not saying either is better or worse, the Kayfun is just easier IMO. The Ithaka is very nice, I have also. I like to tinker with this stuff. The Kayfun is almost boring it's so reliable, not that the Ithaka isn't. Just don't have enough run time with it to say. I love them both though.
