haha I was thinking about that today. These actually were popular a couple years ago and reemerged recently with all the Korean hype going on. They're "meant" to be used for notes and such based off one of the Korean dramas (A Millionaire's Love or something like that). They're being sold at those Asian stationery stores all around here, and a bunch of the local kids hang out there. I wouldn't be surprised if they're already banned from school campuses.
