I am a noob vaper. My collection consists of one ego and a kanger Protank. Are there any small carry bags/pouches for one ego/mod, batteries, tank, and juice you could recommend?
I haven't seen a "portable" quality, vape influenced/ designed, carrying case/pouch. Have any of you?
Honestly, I'd recommend whatever you come across that's your style and the right size. Could be a wallet, toiletry bag, whatever. I use a coin purse that I had laying around, turned out to be the perfect size for some Evods.
There's always the classic eGo case that seems to come with every starter kit, but I outgrew mine quickly.
Diabetic travel case. I found mine just researching google and amazon. I got mine from myabetic. There's a lot of different kind on amazon also.
Mine is SO classy, I use a baking sheet... >.> I guess it helps if anything leaks or spills...

I'll adjust as necessary, and I have six orders coming in soon. Nevertheless, it's an old humidor that I won't be using anytime soon...if ever again. Also, the ladies might appreciate a solution that my wife offered - you'll know it when you see it. 
From myabetic.com. They have one smaller size and different color and material.
Also check out insulincase.com. They have pretty interesting stuff too.

I've seen those at Bed Bath & Beyond and thought they were cool but had no use. Now I may need to grab one.
I went the cigar box route. I store all my juice bottles and accessories within several cigar boxes. For day to day, I found a beautiful red lacquered Montecristo cigar box on ebay. It even had a slit for holding my index card, which identifies my flavors by number (note little number stickers on my tanks). Next to the red cigar box is a carrying case for my mini Maglite flashlight that works great when taking my Halo on the go. Otherwise, I have an eGo variable passthrough for my desk and Vamo V3 for everywhere else. 
This thread got me kinda inspired, so I went digging through my desk at work and came up with this. I don't have much gear so I made this. It's a project box from Radio Shack and some foam from a laptop box. I drilled the hole for my Vamo that is on the way from FT and I still need to drill a hole for the iClear 30 when it comes in. I only have a couple juices so I wasn't real worried about them.
