I posted a tribute to a wonderful man who went to be with Jesus on March 5th. Who knows some of you might know him and if you didn't I am sorry for your loss because he was so sweet and kind. I just wanted to post it here because this is where I go when I am listening to my heart. Hope ya'll don't mind. I get very emotional this time of year anyway. I lost my own mother on April 10th and it is always the hardest this time of year. So when this man died it brought out so many feelings inside me that it is hard to express all that I am thinking. Thank you for letting me post it here. I'm sorry this is such a long post.

I think it is safe to say that Txtumbleweed was loved and admired by all those that were given the honor of being his friend and family or both like here on this forum. He was the first on on ecf to extend kindness to me and for that I will always be appreciative. He thought it was so funny that at first I thought he was a female. We exchanged several wonderful personal messages over the past year and I know without a shadow of doubt, he was a good man. He loved God and he loved life. He wrote me one day and asked for my address and said that he wanted to send me a ProTank because I loved them so much. I realized then what he was saying. Bless his heart. He told me of his beliefs and said that he had no fear of dying whatsoever. Which I truly believe. His family was only second to his belief in God. To live such a life and be loved by so many......... well, you just can not ask for much more. I am trying very hard not to feel great saddness because I know that is what that wonderful man would have had in his prayers. His memory will live on for a long time just through the hearts of all here.

Here are some of the pictures I found. Not that it takes a picture to know a man but just to show the love this man had within him. You can see it in his smile.

"The ache for home lives in all of us, the safe place where we can go..." Maya Angelou That is what he gave many of us here. A place where we could come home. This song for some reason reminds me how he started this thread and how he helped everyone here in one way or another. How he lived his life.

"Home"

Hold on, to me as we go
As we roll down this unfamiliar road
And although this wave (wave) is stringing us along
Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm gonna make this place your home

Settle down, it'll all be clear
Don't pay no mind to the demons
They fill you with fear
The trouble it might drag you down
You get lost, you can always be found

Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm gonna make this place your home

Ooo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo. Oo-oo-oo-oo [x2]
Aaa-aa-aa-aa-aa-aa-aa. Aa-aa-aa-aaaaaa [x4]

Settle down, it'll all be clear
Don't pay no mind to the demons
They fill you with fear
The trouble it might drag you down
If you get lost, you can always be found

Just know you're not alone
Cause I'm gonna make this place your home

Ooo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo. Ao-oo-oo-oo [x4]
Aaa-aa-aa-aa-aa-aa-aa. Aa-aa-aa-aaaaaa [x4]

Thank you all for giving me a place to post my feelings and place to feel at home. I just want you all to know, you each mean so much to me. I hope vaping has given us all just a little longer to care for each other. There is a special place in my heart for you all.

Like Txtumbleweed said, "See you here, there, or in the air". Rest in Peace Randall Fortenberry
