Every single inch of my body is tattooed but you can't tell because every single inch is also covered with piercings.

So far.. I have a pirate skull and crossbones wrist bracelet, A wolf on my ankle ( it was a cover of a dragon with a name of the Ex-hubby.. names bad, don't get one lol), ankh/w scarab on my shoulder, and a tribal piece on my lower back.
I want a upper arm piece with ravens atm. Probley more will follow

5 piercings in my ears, I just took the one out of my tongue (can't have it for nursing school

I want a tat, I just have cartilage 2x, 2x earlobes, nose, tongue, monroe (maybe madonna lol?) & belly button
I don't know what to get next, I don't want my face pierced anymore because it will be too much LOL.. and I can't really think of any other piercing I want... so I guess tat it is.. I've wanted one forever, keep putting down deposits and backing out lol.. I think I want my son's newborn footprints somewhere..

* Both Ears (Gauged to 00 at one point - not anymore - Still open though)
* Cartilage pierced (taken out)
* Tongue Pierced (twice - both taken out)
* Lebret - still open
* Nose Pierced - twice - both taken out
Tattoo's (6 Total -- 7th coming end of week)
* Last name on the back of my neck
* Dove for the Holy Spirit on my left wrist (cover up)
* Tattoo on my left calf (won't go in to detail on this one )
* "Forgive and Forget" tattooed on my lower back
* Twenty2 Tattooed on my right side (between armpit and waist)
* Cross on my upper right shoulder with " ... following in HIS footsteps ..." written right underneath.
* Tonight infact, Joanna and I just scheduled ourselves to get ink the end of this week. Joanna will be getting her first, a treble clef of some sorts, and I will be getting a 1/3 - 1/2 back piece done of God holding Jesus in his arms ...

I'm really not looking forward to the pain
My last artist (one of the most well respected artists in the business -- Freddie and Isaiah) actually allowed me to have a couple brewsky's before ... These guys were insane ... They would NOT tattoo unless high !!! Every hour or so, they would go outside on Sunset Blvd, toke up, come in and do some amazing work! Never could understand it, but it sure made their hand calm!!! <-- Not condoning getting high ... simply using as example ... LOLAnyways ... I'm not good with pain, although I have had lots of it ... The back piece is going to be nuts!

yeah ... getting it done locally. I searched for about 2-3 weeks to find a shop I was happy about. We ended up picking Black13, went in today to schedule an appt. and couldn't get in for like 2 months !!!! LOL ... They then told us about a guest artist coming in from Ohio named Ian White ... The guy specializes in Black/Gray and just also happens to be a CHRISTIAN So, to say the least, I was stoked. They told me they could get me in forsure, will find out tomorrow when I am slated

Are you STOKED?!?!?!, couldn't tell... LOL Something similar happened to us when we went looking for a place here, we were told it was a six month wait, but they had just gotten a new artist in from France. He wasn't a guest artist, but I went through his portfolio and his work was awesome.
We made it a family affair, we got my son his first tatt for his 18th birthday and my husband and I decided to get new ones as well. It was a great bonding experience, but I spent the most time in the chair. 16 hours worth of work, but it was all worth it. I know I will get another (that addictive personality I guess), just not sure what, yet.
Be sure to post some pics, maybe give us the phases. I took pics of all the phases of miine and I'm really glad I did, I love them all. I even have the original artwork he drew up for me. I am STOKED for you.

It sure does sound like a bounding experience ... Happy to be able to have Jo go to get her first too ... Just so we *both* experience the pain, and she feel's more comfortable!

Sounds a lot like childbirth, you know you were in a hell of a lot of pain, but yet you do it all over again. The brain seems to forget just for that reason. LOL Jo might like to hear that.
