I have

1 vv usb dongle
4 new Stallion 510 cartos (you will need a syringe to fill them but I am including the little needle tip that came with them)


I can't remember the exact volts of each level but it starts blue and then 5 clicks goes to red and then 5 clicks to red which is hottest.
