Are cleaned tanks and atty's allowed, or new only? What about opened juice? I have a large amount of stuff I will never use again and would like to give it to someone who needs it rather than toss it in the trash.

Yes, I believe so! Definitely yes on the opened juice... I think the only thing they do not allow is used cartomizers....

As long as you indicate used but clean - tanks and atomizers are permitted as is opened juice. No used cartomizers though.
