Did a bit of looking around before answering this, as I definantly appreciate it, but not compatible with anything apparently. That's OK I kinda figured it was a longshot-and payday is Tuesday, so not too far off. I thank you for trying though-I've never been on a forum where the people were this great before.

I know it's late and nightseer said forget it...but wanted to say that the sidesho is a JSB108... compatable with the L88B (better known as a blu)
the threads are compatable with 510 and 306...

the difference is that the polarity on the JSB108 and the L88B are reversed polarity from the 510 and 306 ...so you cant charge a sidesho or blu battery on a 510 or 306 charger... and you cant charge a 510 or 306 on a sidesho or blu charger or PCC

The 510 and the SideSho are compatible are far as attys/batts go (although you'll need the staple trick for the SS on the 510, I've owned them both )

I second the closing as it had become a Christmas year round rather than a dire NEED thread. I have been sucked into giving and then seeing the receiver post elsewhere re: mods etc....very disheartening as I am a permanently disabled RN and buy kits to convert, help and teach Doctors, nurses and patients. I am more than happy to give to anyone in real need but as the conversation so well analogized by Drozd re: cadillac so eloquently illustrated....the next step would be I NEED a cadillac and make it a pink one. Out of hand IMO.
In addition, there was a decrease in people asking for things they probably really needed after the conversation as they were most likely wondering if it really was a need. It is very humbling for most that really need something to ask and to have abusers is imo abhorrent. Just my 2 cents worth
Sorry for OT rant...thanks for all the condolences and kind words. IMO ru42 had a real need and it is now met thanks to my sweet angel Harriet.
Good job mods on this wise decision.
