No doubt Satharra........I made a comment about the co ops in that thread, I'm sure I'll be attacked by Queen...you DID see the thread in here on those right? The pics of the "goo" were an image that is enough to almost make me consider smoking again if I had to use TV as a juice supplier. But here again, I still believe that stuff was being messed with in order to make a buck by the co op organizer, and should have been dealt with.

I kinda view that as sub contracting if you will? Now I sub out some work to someone, I wanna know if there's problems and I need to get rid of a contractor for doing people wrong. Just the mere fact that he's dodged that issue forever explains a lot. For one it explains her constant apologist attitude. The sheep will still flock, but he has no idea what could have been.:2c:

VQueen ran the co-op I was in, #4 -- I have commented previously that the juices were weak, now I wonder I guess, doubt sucks. I tried pycholanalysis of the superior attitude in the TV bashing thread, he didn't comment on me! :)

booohb, i have to disagree. co-ops are 'buyer beware'. if i would have done something wrong with the trueman co-op nobody would have had a leg to stand on.
with this juice co-op the only one who could have done something about the bad quality juice was the person who placed the order. if that was not done then maybe he/she had a reason not to complain, but no matter what went on it should be a lesson learned. and everybody here seems to be aware now that tv is not all that interested if customers are unhappy. for any business that usually spells the beginning of the end.

You're not being unreasonable, starchild. If I asked a vendor a question, I would expect a timely reply(2-3 days). If they dont have the time to answer my question, then they obviously dont want my business. I would say 3-4 vendors have lost my business that way. And since its MY cash, any of the "vendor cheerleaders" can suck it unless they want to pay for my orders!


Agreed. You are being far from unreasonable in your expectations Starchild.

Okay, I hope that this forum is for reviews and discussion on any supplier not just the issues with the one above. I for one have noticed a "trend" for a lack of a better word here in certain areas if you have less than decent service or issues with suppliers and report it you get it shoved down your throat by cheerleaders. Now to me that leads to a bunch of slaphappy stellar reviews on folks that may or may not deserve it.
To a newbie who comes here expecting "truth" in posting it can be disconcerting when you "do not receive" the wonderful service and stuff that you see here reported on the forums. You shake and scratch your head and wonder if you are just unlucky or you got sckootched or what??? However, I have had my issues with some suppliers and I for one will not use them again due to it.
I have not announced my issues due to the stuff noted above. I am not ready for a flame war and I do not have the time or the inclination to deal with the "cheerleaders" such as sallana has had to here. However I do have something I want to ask you guys about that has happened to me and ask if I am being reasonable or not.
I have contacted 2 suppliers via their contact forms on their websites as they state to do so in order to ask questions, get information etc. Both of these suppliers are supposed to be "the best of the best" here on the forum. One I had asked simply when they would have merchandise back on their website. I waited for 5 days for a reply. I did not get one. I finally went to their forum here, they have one and asked there. It took 4-5 days to get a reply there. There were other ? being answered in the meantime.
The second I waited a week for a reply from the website. I then went to their forum here and asked what to do since I had not gotten a reply to see if there was an issue with the contact form etc. NO reply from anyone there!!! HUH???? Finally 6 days later after totally giving up I get a reply I just noticed today. I then got a lame reply that they don't work on Sundays duh. I mean if a customer contacted me and said I didn't hear from you I would be checking to see if there was a problem with my site etc. The question I had was alternative pmt methods and I really think they ignored it on purpose.
OKay am I being .....y here??? I feel that these guys are not interested in my biz. For that reason I don't want to do biz with them. Am I wrong here???? I just cannot be the only one here that is experiencing this. I realize we are not dealing with AMAZON but good customer service is a must no matter what you do in my book.
Okay putting on flack jacket if needed.

You will not be flamed here in any way at all. I promise you that. As for cheerleaders, I'm not going to stop Member A from saying they liked something that Member B didn't, but it will be done with manners and without flaming.

I don't have a problem with anyone posting their experiences with a supplier. I think we need all experiences to form a valid opinion. Good, bad and ugly. The only thing that gets me are the posters who give others who post a not good experience a hard time. Other than that I am fine. Thanks for posting this. I have always felt welcome here and everyone has been great. I have never seen anyone here act rude or anything other than kind. That is why I felt comfortable posting and asking my questions.

Two of them I decided didn't want my business, the third I let slide because I had great service on a previous order and the FDA thing had just exploded so I imagine they were getting lots of emails and had more important things in mind.

I tried to be fair, and there were a lot of people who came to NHaler's defense, but no one took personal shots at me neither publicly nor privately. Interestingly enough, I am planning on another order soon (as much as I don't want to) with NHaler because one of their juices is literally my favorite go-to vape.

I will post a review about that order too, because I'm curious to see what will happen.

Yeah, I posted a review lately and didn't give all the juices a 10. Someone brought that up and I was pretty surprised. They didn't flame me personally but just couldn't understand why I didn't give all 10s. I guess he's one that think you should always get an A in school regardless of the work you turn in.

A huge 10/10 to 1 Stop DIY!

OK, they had a sale and I messed up on timing. Since it was just after it went off they reopened the web page that was the special just so I could order. This was Thursday AM. So, I placed my order giving them many thanks. Got an e-mail back thanking me for the order. They wanted me to know they were really busy and would get my package out ASAP. I just got it today, Saturday.

1) I messed up and they went above and beyond to let me order
2) Despite being busy they got my package shipped out the same day as I ordered; even with a 2 hour time zone delay.
3) Ordered Thursday, shipped on Thursday and received on the West Coast Saturday.

Now that is how a company should act. 1 Stop DIY; excellent job!
