I'd give one to my other neighbor down the street, because this one time I was on a walk when her presumably ex husband was dropping her daughters back off, and he threw a legit hissy fit about the way she smokes around them. From what I understood, the elder girl (whose all of 6 years old, maybe) has asthma or some respiratory problem.
