Folks, no one can legally use an E-Cig on any Pima County property as of 1/1/2013. How did we allow this to happen? Ironically the tool that helped us quit cigarettes is now banned. Way too much regulation . . . way too intrusive . . . emotional decision without factual basis . . . more "feel good" legislation.

yeah that was a bone headed, knee jerk reaction from the country administrator, Chuck Huckleberry. Hope he gets voted out next time.
Doubt I could have done anything but I watch the local news from the Valley and never heard a word about it. What are they considering Pima County property? Not being a county resident, I might just make a trip there to vape.
