There are so many blanks out there. I lost track how many hours I have spent looking at them over the years and still haven't seen them all. They also keep coming out with new ones.

Yes ma'am here is his webiste with the tips... Pinnacle Drip Tips - Programmed Drip Tips
he has ben workignon new designs so you may want to venture back a few pages to see the newer designs.
then here are the sites that he can get the blanks from
Poly Resin Pen Blanks - Woodturningz
r and b crafts - tru-stone blanks
and we have been perusing the Bear Tooth Woods webstie
there are some specifics that He will have to give you! but he is really awesome to work with and a ton of fun!

Thanks for the post :)
I will take custom orders again in about 3 weeks. I will be adding tools to the lathe to make 1.5 inch tips, programming and doing some much needed maintenance on my truck. I will post here when I can take custom orders. I take up to 5 people and each person can order 1 - 5 tips. If you don't like how they come out you are not required to purchase them. The lathe can not make them out of wood, stabilized wood, horn, antler or a material that requires a finish, Most all of the blanks in the links posted can be turned on the lathe.

This is wonderful.

Love to have one of these in 1" hourglass shape.

Sorry the CNC lathe can't make tips out of stabilized wood. Wood, stabilized wood, horn, antler and some materials that are a mix of acrylic and stabilized wood require a finish to seal these materials, which can't be done on this lathe. When these materials are not sealed they can stain from e-liquid, may stain your lips (dyed stabilized wood) and may cause allergic reactions. They materials can be turned and sealed on a wood lathe, but currently all of my spare time is spent on the CNC lathe. The lathe also can't use pen blanks that already have the pen tube installed in the blank like the circuit board blanks. ArtistiBlank - Circuit Board (sized for Cigar Pen Kit) - WoodTurningz

Materials that will work for tips. These materials are also found on other sites that sell pen blanks

I am sure more blanks are out there that will work that I have not listed. If you are interested in a blank that is not listed feel free to post up a link and I should be able to tell you if it will work or not.
Currently the lathe and programming is still in beta and is constantly changing. Once I finish setting up the lathe and it is running like I want I will add all of this information on the website. I will also add pictures of all the tips I have made and the pictures everyone has posted with tips on their devices.

I use CA glue to seal the outside of tips that require a finish to seal the material when I turn by hand. This process comes from turning and finishing pens.

When they cast the blanks the acrylic may soak into the material enough to seal it to the center and it may not. I know when they stabilize wood with acrylic it still requires a finish to seal the outside. I don't know how hulls, sead pods or pine cones absord acrylic or if they will need a finish if they don't absorb the acrylic.

I don't mind at all. I am also curious about how they make blanks. I assumed it was poured and flowed into the nooks and crannies. Vacuum would make more sence though.

The core protects the wood / acryic from the e-liquid and vapor on the inside. The out side may be vulnerable to e-liquid staining.

When applying CA to the outside of dyed stabilize wood I noticed the paper towel I applied the glue with would turn the color of the blank. I never tested it to see if it would stain my lips, but it would be a concern. It would sure be a embarrassing PM if it did.

I would also have a concern with a alergic reaction that can happen with wood even when it is stabilized. I am not even sure if this can happen with hulls, pods and cones, but it may. There could also be a taste issue if not sealed enough.

When I am buying blanks again I will try one and test it. I will just have to figure out which color I can live with on my lips :D

Or find a hapless guinea pig, er ... buyer.
How long was the Subtank sold before a revision came out?
I'm jking, of course.

There's quite a few videos on making blanks. I don't think all the videos result in the same quality of blanks that you use. From what I've gathered, commercial blanks do use vaccum to remove as many air pockets as possible. Just like turning, I can see where it could be a skilled craft.
