What happened to Lewis? He should be back from vacation by now. I hope his vehicle didn't breakdown at the bottom of some deep canyon.

Sorry been swamped at work, really long days. Next Tuesday - Friday I have off work and will be making some tips in the morning when kids are sleeping.
No deep canyon for me The truck ran great.
We had a great trip! We where the only people at the lake the whole time. The weather was perfect, not too hot and warm enough for swimming. The fishing was pretty good. At the top of Red Mountain we got to see smoke from a forest fire. Most of the nights the moon was down below the ridge which made the stars very bright.
This picture is made up of 15 pictures showing the night sky above Strawberry Lake. The picture was suppose to contain 20 pictures including stars reflecting on the calm water of the lake. When I have more time I will manually include them. I'm glad you had a great time and made it back safely. That must have been great having the lake all to your selves. Welcome back and can't wait to see some new tips.

Oh no! He beat the crap out of your mod. Although it held up nicely it was hard to watch.
I hope he doesn't drop this tip off the empire state building. Or beat on it with a hammer. That's a beautiful tip Lewis.

I am going to ask him to abuse three tips until they break. This will hopefully give everyone a idea of what they can take. I have not been able to break the Acrylic Acetate tip that I use and it gets dropped a lot. It should be interesting to see what LD comes up with

Acrylic Acetate #04 - Cats Eye
Acrylic Acetate #11 - Black/Gray Crush
Acrylic Acetate #14 - Blue Ripples
I could choose many more but I don't want to get carried away.
The lathe is making a batch of 5 @ 1.0 inch ming in true stone black with gold web right now.
Cats eye and blue ripples show threw to the tube like in the picture below. All but two of my Acrylic Acetate blanks are this way. At some point I will make shapes that are thicker and won't have this affect.
This one seriously belongs on top of this..

metukka came up with the idea to make a .75 inch tall stainless core so I can make a few shapes he wants. This will be started after your AGR tip design and the current batch.Who is "we"? You can't be speaking for Lewis from Finland or are you?
That tip would look great on your mod
In 5-6 weeks I hope to have some beta .75 inch tips and pictures to show everyone.
The pictures I have been posting are of the current batch. So far 20 tips are finished and bagged. 10 tips are turned but still need ran threw the finishing phase. I hope to have this batch finished and mailed in 3 weeks or when I hit 50 tips.
