While I understand your frustration they have an excellent reputation and I'm sure they will make it right for you.
As far as i know Jazz pipes don't have any fuses. They are very simple in design. The button just pushes down on a wire to complete the circuit. My jazz sometimes does not make a good connection when I push it and I have to push it again and feel a slight almost click which is the post hitting a different part of the wire and making a better connection. I don't know how handy you are but the button unscrews out of the body and you can put some Nalox on the end of it to help the connection issues or just use a small screwdriver to move the wires around so they work better, or both. I really feel like this might be your problem.
I should really get into e-pipes... I had a nice one from epipemods at one point.
I have a nice collection of regular pipes.
Does anyone turn tobacco pipes into epipes?
I might have a nice vintage charatan or celius I would be willing to drill into.
Many people in this thread, as a matter of fact... but if you want someone to do it for a price, you could maybe contact Mycroft Milverton over in the UK.. would probably have to pay a bit for the shipping and conversion though....I should really get into e-pipes... Would that FT e-pipe stand on its own with a Vivi Nova or Kanger Pro Tank? I know it's silly, but the reason I'm interested in a flat bottom pipe is I'm so damn tired of my stuff falling over ALL DAY LONG, and, honestly, I'm not willing to make a stand. I could make an amazing one out in my workshop, I just don't wanna.

FT Epipe with vivi nova and aluminum tip. No it will not stand up by itself.
What's up with the skull pipe. Looks cool
