Okay, okay. I know. I bought 2 plastic Bolts. Did I think they would last forever? NO. But they were cheap--and cute. And again, unfortunately plastic. The problem is that BECAUSE they're plastic, the connection is glued in and can't take the torque associated with screwing/unscrewing. Within a few weeks, the connection loosens and then gives up the ghost and won't fire. Attempting a preemptive strike, I tried to fortify the connection with a 2-part epoxy. Fat chance. Tonight, the damn thing came undone and the entrails just sorta spilled out...

Again, I paid next to nothing for them so I suppose I can just chuck them. But, I LIKE them. I like the simplicity of them. AND, I'm a cheap date. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, do you think it's possible to re-wire/get them to work again?

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
