Plastic tasting juice?

I received an order from altcig on 1/7 and I fell in love with churro but the gooey caramel cookie has a serious problem! At first I thought MAYBE it needed to steep but here it is about 20 days later with no change. I have had juices I didn't like but this is different. It smells like melted plastic and tastes exactly the same. I don't mean an artificial type flavor....this is horrible! I let friends and family smell the bottle and they all say the same thing, either some sort of chemical they can't place or melted plastic. Could it be a leeching issue? This really scares me knowing how many vendors use plastic bottles

I never tried to contact altcig about the problem because I tried to contact them 2 different times about other things and never heard back from them. Anyway, I would be scared to try this juice again even if it were replaced. I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else with this juice or any other.

I would try to contact them, regardless. It's not good they didn't respond before. If they don't respond this tiime, you might want to take it to the negative review forums.

I guess I really should contact them...even if they don't reply, maybe they could correct the problem.
