Plastic wrap peeling off

Hi,
I recieved some carto's for my 401, and the wrapping around the casing is peeling off, i've put electric tape around it (u might be a redneck) so i could still use it, but is that supposed to happen???
I've tried 2 out of the box I ordered and they both peeled. I'm talking the same day i opened it, so it's not like I used it for 2 weeks and it started peeling, LOL!!!

CE2's i assume?

i noticed a couple 510's and an 808d-1 CE2 that i tried, had poorly glued on labels. almost like they glued it at the top and bottom, but not down the middle....
but loose labels were the least of my troubles with those CE2's.. ... ...

First thing I do when I take them outta the box peel the paper off. Shiney things attract me.

it's not a biggie just a pita!!!!
I haven't kept up with all the versions, I just order and decide if I like it or not, and by the time i'm ready to buy again, they are obsolete anyway, i'm technically challenged!!!!
