Please explain the difference's in carts

I need help with learning the difference's between Cool carts, Wow Carts, C2 Carts, Duel Carts, Clear Carts, etc, etc, for the KR808. Also why is a cart only good for 4-5 refills. It is because of the batting or the heating element (forgot the correct name). Who sells the best blanks? I like the Elite blanks, but if I don't keep the ecig upright, the juice will flow to the mouth end. I perfer the auto battery and use my passthru when on the computer.

I can't explain all the differences but these all are carto's not carts. I know big deal right but that o makes a difference. WoW carto's and cool cartos' first: They are both a filler carto, I believe the second one is a higher ohm one so it gives you a cooler hit, don't know what that does for vapor, flavor or throat hit. CE2 carto's: can be stainless steel or semi clear plastic(Clear carto's): these have no filler material and use a wick to draw the liquid up to a coil near the mouth end, providing a warmer hit.I use these, usually the clear one's so I can see the level of my juice. I think the flavor and vapor of these is awesome but for some there is fiddle factor/ learning curve. Dual coil cartos means that there are 2 heating coils, what that does for vapor, flavorand TH I don't know I haven't used those either. HTH some.

Ms. Patrisha cool cartos and wow cartos are vertical style filler cartos, cc's come in at a 3.3 ohm average, wow 2.3. Clear cartos can come in any if these varieties. Ce2's are technically dual coil's, but they sit on the top of the carto in a ceramic cup fed by a wick, there is no filler on them. Dual coil are two coils working as one arranged vertically in filler. Horizontal coil cartos have the heating element in the bottom of the carto. As for the best place to get one from, depends on what works for you. :)

Thanks for your input. I can see I have a lot to learn. With cigs all I needed to know was the Nicotine and Tar ratings, but i will never go back to being a smoker.

A few more questions. In some of my Carto's there is a tiny black wire. What's the advantage or dis-advantage with those with the wire? Also I have had several carto's that get real hot. Does the ohm factor make a difference in how long they last? I clearly don't know anything about ohm's

That tiny black wire means it's a vertical coil carto Ms. Patrisha, if there's no wire in the filler it's a horizontal coil. Ohms will affect the warmth of the vapor and the heat of the carto, lower the ohms (resistance), higher the heat due to the carto pulling more watts. Depending on what kind of batt you're using the horizontal coil cartos will burn juice at higher voltage.

What a great answer. Now I'm beginning to understand why some of my carto's last longer than others. If I'm reading this right, because I use only the auto batt, then the horizontal cartos would give me a better throat hit, but drain the batt faster.

Yes and no Ms. Patrisha, a lr vertical coil carto will drain the battery faster (2.1-2.5ohms). The horizontal coil cartos are best used with a gen 2 regulated kr808 because they're regulated to 3.6v (give or take a few hundredths of a volt either way due to fault tolerances). Horizontal coil cartos either give great th at lower ohms at the cost of muting the flavor, or great flavor with no th at higher ohms. All depends on what you're looking for.

Responding to your question on which cartos are your favs:
I have never tried the elite ones and once tried some cartos that were clear with no filling but had bad luck with them because they leaked...
My favs are Bloog cartos (long-lasting, I get really good flavor from them, anti-scorching filler) and V4L premium (Cool) cartos (good performance, pretty long lasting, stay cool, good colors).
Bloog cartos are also the same as cartos sold at smokeless image and at nhaler. They MIGHT be the same as the nicely priced good prophets soft tip 808 cartos but I still have yet to determine that for sure.
