We would like to hear all your problems that you encounter while shopping at Good Prophets.

Please let us know how we can improve our webstore.

Do you think the way it is organized is easy to navigate?
Do you think we should list all items by model #?

Do you think we need more pics?
Do you think we need to add more/less info?

my only complaint is that you choose to call me on my cell phone when i'm drunk and in the middle of a pub quiz challenge!!! ....anyway.... i'll hit you up with some real feedback once i see if you got my friend his 510 in time for him to leave on vacation----stay tuned ;) thanks again for handling that for me....guess it's up to the USPS now...................----sandi

that always up to the USPS there is always something wrong after HARRISBURG, PA 17107 GP always ships in time, I think the post office is is next door neighbor

As a web developer I can tell you that you've done a GREAT job with your site layout. Navigation is very intuitive, the large photos are excellent, and there is a reasonable amount of info about each product. Seems to be tied into your inventory database well also (very important!) When you have the space, it's hard to give too much info, saves the user from having to contact you to ask questions. Give the most pertinent info at the top and then go into detail - if they want to stop reading about the product they can click "add to cart" or on another link.

The shopping cart worked just fine for me and there was nothing confusing about any of the process - but then I've ordered using that same cart many times.

It's not the most attractive site out there but there's only so much you can do with a GoDaddy Quick Shopping Cart. I'd rather have a quick loading, highly functional site like yours, than a slick looking, slow to load, hard to navigate site filled with overpriced products that only half of are in stock!

In short, your site does exactly what it's supposed to and does it well :thumbs:

Rob, like your website and have no problem in nav or ordering. Maybe you could post a wholesale list for retailers would be the only thing i could suggest. Or maybe a bulk order discount post. As always would rather do business with you than anyone else. I can always rely on you.

We are still working on the inventory, trying to stay instock!

Also, we may be having the background changed with our purple vapor added.

I placed a order on Monday or Tuesday and I kinda wished your site would of asked me to register while I was checking out. Maybe I skipped it not sure. but I will probly be ordering from you again next week, maybe I have a luck order number missed by one on last oreder.. LoL

There is no need to register on my site. But I think you can register without ordering.(not sure)

You can still get the winnings even if you do not register.

In the future, I may offer specials by email only to my registered customers.

I have just incorporated the multi pics in the webstore.
If you click on the pic, it will enlarge to the size of your PC screen.

I will continue to update the pics, to have multiple per item.

Just remember that GP has to conserve on alot of detailed operations,,,
as this is how we offer the product at the price we do.

Kinda like a no frills deal.

But we will continue to grow, and try to keep our prices shrinking.
