No question in my mind - sales! I really do enjoy the sample when I have received them. However, now I am pretty set in what I like and just want to get my favorites at a good price.
Sales, definitely.
But sometimes it'd be nice to be able to ask for just one or two samples and get them. Just every once in awhile.

Neither. I know I'm a loner on this one, but I've mentioned before that I'd prefer everyday lower prices. New folks especially would appreciate that simple, consistent approach. But thanks for asking, Chad.
It's funny how so much has changed. When I first started here, samples were the big thing, with very small 10% off discounts. When they started implementing sales, and samples started disappearing, everyone complained (for the most part), because the order form would say enjoy the bonuses (and there would be none). I myself questioned which was better, getting 20-30 bucks off my order or a surprise. I selfishly wanted both! As I look at things now though, I realize sales are way more important and more beneficial than a couple of carts you may or may not even use. Just more practical.

Hmmm, now I know why I felt something was a little off when I read the newsletter. Free shipping is very nice but I like getting a great sale, sometimes almost 50% off and happily pay the 6.95 shipping

Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount....hmmm.... Don't care for that one!
