I just got as a gift an E-cigarete. I have no idea what kind of refill cartridges, batteries I should be using. Can you help?

So confusing.

Not everything that looks like KR808D-1 is KR808D-1
Greensmoke is KR808D-2 and does not have the same threads as KR808D-1 so obviously it cannot be both

It could be

KR808D-1
or
KR808D-2 aka E9

However I have never ever seen that style PCC or case offered for KR808D-anything

If the diameter is less than 9mm then it is neither of those models and may be a Chinese wholesaler model E8 which is similar to the KR8 models and E9 but slimmer..

This says one brand of E8 is "Premium"

Premium

Or it could be something completely different because there are so many Chinese wholesaler models that are sold to rebranders and some are purposely incompatible with the most common models.

Except it can't be an L88b because L88b has female batteries and male cartos, right?

You are right about that, I was just saying it LOOKEd like it as far as the PCC was concerned, but yes they do Dormouse nice catch I missed that.
Hey we all have Blond moments right? right? lol

RN4081 has female batteries and male cartos, so it also is not RN4081, nor a 510, nor a Joye 306

Best guess for male battery and female cartos

If it is 9.2mm diameter then it is probably either
KR808D-1 aka Vapor4Life aka Smoketip
OR KR808D-2 aka E9 aka Greensmoke
but it cannot be both

If it is less than 9mm diameter than it is probably E8 and good luck finding parts. Chinese wholesalers have parts. or that Premium company I linked.

d-1s and d-2s both have female cartos (as dormouse said). ONLY difference (as dormouse said) between the two is the threads on the screw. So, visually, you won't be able to tell the difference. You'll only be able to tell when you try to screw on a cartomizer and it won't screw on right. (I have both models and get myself switched around every once in awhile... real quick way to realize you are trying to put the wrong carto on a battery! lol)
