Purchased a Janty Neo Classic yesterday - the Lite starter kit, so only one atomizer thingy, one battery and a charger and 5ml of starter tobacco liquid stuff.

Now, after no issues until an hour ago, it making a sucking noise...

I actually got some of the liquid in my mouth via the mouthpiece.

I have used it for about 3-4ml's of liquid stuff so far, and had no issues before so I don't think it is defective. I did empty it out, i didn't run water through it via the faucet but now not sure how to make it work nicely again.

Please help guys - Got 2 analogs left and do NOT want to smoke them!

The atomizer has leaked fluid into the battery connector. You're just siphoning juice out of the atty/tank. Pull it apart and mop up any juice accumulation. Basically start over and clean everything. It will keep you busy not thinking about the analogs, and should work like brand new again. Yes, there is a little bit of maintenance involved with these e-cig contraptions.

Well, I can't help much on the technical side as I am only a month in on the E-Cig myself and I seem to find a new problem every few days (this does lead to my visiting my local retailer for answers and tips which they kindly dispense regularly and alos leading to my trying to get to five posts rather quickly as I have a few questions myself on maintenance) but I will encourage you to be strong and not use the analogs. Here is a quick warning story, I went directly from analogs to e-cigs due to the fact that I had a heart attack five weeks ago. I am only 47, my diet was pretty good and I worked out regularly. My doctors made it very clear to me that the two items that ultimately led to my HA were analogs and stress. They said if I gave up the analogs I would probably be fine for another 30 or more years, if I didn't, I would be back in the hospital or worse within a year or so. I have been going strong now for 42 days on 0 mg nicotine juice AND the e-cig has actually helped me relax a great deal... somewhat like the zen feeling one can get from smoking a pipe with a good Dunhill tobacco. In any event, while this doesn't address the technical issues that you are facing (which I am totally incompetent to answer) I hope it does help to keep you strong and off of the analogs.

You have received some good advice above. I just want to congratulate you on starting to get away from cigs.
It took me almost 2 months to totally quit smoking, I smoked 1.5 - 3 PAD for 45 years. Don't fret about the cigs you fall back on and smoke, look at each one you avoid smoking as a step away from smoking. I started vaping March 1 and totally quit cigs in late April.
