I didn't get in to vaping to quit smoking entirely....that just sorta is happening. But since I wasn't concerned, I could afford to experiment. One thing I found that distinguishes vaping from other forms of quitting (gum, patch, lozenge) is that a stumble while vaping is not a major problem. In most cases when someone stumbles while using the other methods, they usually end up stumbling further and further and bang...back to smoking. After vaping for a week I was reading that people were saying that a cigarette simply tasted horrible when they went back. I had to try for myself since I found this hard to believe. Maybe just talking themselves into it I thought. So I lit one up (outside) and sure enough, it wasn't anything I remembered just a week prior. But more important I was able to see if one cig (stumble) would cause a return to general smoking. Nope....It was easy to not have another cig and go back to vaping.
So what I am saying is....if you should happen to stumble, it is not the end of the road. In fact, it's just a bump in the road...don't sweat it.
