Please help me Identify this tank

Hi guys,
I have these tanks a friend gave to me. She cannot remember where or what ...I'm not sure what brand or model they are. I have replacement heads for these, but don't know where to order more. Does anyone have a clue as to what these are? please and Thank you.

The Gold and Green tanks looks like a Vivi style Dual chamber that has some kind of different cap on the top end.
