whats the difference between vg and pg? i notice that the juice i have been looking at offer different percentages and i was wondering how is 100% vg different from lets say 50%vg 50% pg?

PG is Propylene Glycol . It is more watery , gives a better throat hit , produces less vapour
VG is Vegetable Glycerine . It is more syrupy , has less throat hit , produces more vapour.

I would not advise that you start with 100 VG juice to start with

Yep cartomizers... and now let the juice hunt begin! Like dearme said what I like you may hate and vice versa. I think one thing that most of us have in common is the agreement that you won't find something that tastes just like your analog, so be open to try some stuff that you wouldn't have normally thought you would like to vape. Let's get you pointed to some juice sites, then you can start experimenting. Sweet-vapes, Blue Mist, Pink spot vapors, Ahlusion, Highbrow, Juicy spot. Those are a few off the top of my head that seem to get suggested a bunch.

PG = more flavor, more throat hit
VG = muted flavor, more vapor

Some people (not many) have an allergy to one or the other, so that influences their choice.

Generally, neither of the percentages you are asking about will work too well in a carto. They will work if the vendor has diluted the VG to make it wick better. Some vendors sell thinner VG eliquids than other vendors. The 80PG/20VG usually works best in cartos.

In the drop down I would get the 1.7 single coil cartomizers.

I would also pick up
* atomizer - you can use this to test your juice before you fill a cartomizer
2.0 ohm 510 Atomizer | Sweet-Vapes E-Liquid

drip tip
Wide Acrylic Drip Tips | Sweet-Vapes E-Liquid

Drip tips make it easier to top off your cartomizer with juice. You can also put it on the atomizer to test juice and not get juice in your mouth.

If you want to purchase more cartomizers, Joogler has boge 2.0 cartomizers. You get a free bottle of juice and if you use the code ECF5OFF you get $5.00 off your first order.

We are very good at spending money! Haven't seen a Sweet-Vapes coupon code. They had one that expired Feb 1.

Congrats on your Riva purchase. My eGo croaked recently and I ordered the Riva SE from Sweet-vapes too, they had a good sale and disount code too. I am more than happy with it, and with Sweet-vapes customer service. Their juice is pretty good too, not the best, but better than most. I would take Swedishfish's suggestions on purchasing the extras, I already had most of that stuff, otherwise I would have had to put in a second order. You should really have an atty, drip tip, etc. I also like the eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartos, and would think about ordering a couple of those to try also. As far as shipping, I ordered mine on a Monday night and had it by Thursday morning, and I live on the West Coast too.

Your issue with vaping a ton could be for a several reasons, not enough nic content could be one reason, getting acclimated to vaping could be another. When I first got my PV, I was huffing on it constantly for a week or so to feel satisfied, but now not anywhere close, it's less often than I would actually go smoke an analog. I think it was just a matter of getting used to it. Stomach pains? No idea... have you eaten? Withdrawal should be little to none. I never had any withdrawal issues, and most that I know haven't either, which is one reason this is such a nice alternative to smoking. Of course I never tried one of those gas station things either so wait for your Riva, and see if that doesn't fix most of your problems.

will do, do you happen to know any great sites where i can pick up some really good juice for a fair price?

Everyone has a different opinion about juice favorites and fair prices! My current favorite is Kona Coffee Milkshake from Virgin Vapor. It's not the cheapest around @ $18 for 30ml but it's worth every penny.

I know that there are some vendors who have really good prices on juice but I'm not sure how good their product is. I would recommend that you try some sampler packs to see what you like. I'm sure someone will chime in soon with suggestions.

I've heard some scary things about some of these (smaller) juice places. My advice... stick to larger more reputable dealers. I've had good luck with TopVapor (from Madvapes), Sweet-vapes, Pink spot vapors, Ms. T's Bakery, just to name a few. A friend of mine recently placed an order with Juicy Vapor, I sampled some of his order and it was pretty good too. There is an entire area of the forum dedicated to juice. It includes reviews of flavors, and suppliers so it's another source to check too.
