I am hovering over the button in another window- finally decided to graduate to a 510 after three months with my (still beloved) 901. Really want a manual, but I rather like having a blue or green LED in public since it is so obviously not an analog I am smoking, but I don't want to sacrifice battery life. Does the light make much of a difference? SHould I go with the Joye? Quick, before I lose my spending urge! Just kidding. But, thanks!

If you don't mind carrying around the PCC, I'd suggest getting a starter kit that includes one. Apparently it can charge the battery from dead to full around 4 times per charge on the PCC, and if you get a 2nd battery to keep in there, then you'll never go with a dead battery!

the 510 manual batteries DO come with colored LED's(I have red, blue, purple, green, and white myself) . The battery life is not affected by the LED, although the 510 battery life, in general, is not as good as the 901. Just buy a PCC(then you'll always have a spare) I couldn't live without my Joye 510.

Okay, I read your messages, followed your recommendations, and clicked! Thank you, thank you for your help. Yes, it was battery life I was concerned about. I ordered a kit that has 2 bottles of juice, 2 attys, 2 batts with LEDs, AND a purple PCC (no, it's not my favorite color, but my purple phone is SOOO easy to find, which is key for any accessory to my life). $65 inc shipping seemed like a great deal in my present mood. Can't wait!
