Pls help with k100
Hi im fairly new when it comes to vaping. i just recently started vaping. so anyways i recently purchased a k100 off discountvapers. It was working fine but I wanted to buy a tank instead of using the cartomizer. So today I bought a vivi nova from a local vapor store. Now I notice the vapor isn't hitting as hard. Also the bottom piece where you press to fire off the vapor is getting hot lately? It never did that when I was using the cartomizer. Any idea how I can fix these issues?

If your mod or batteries are heating up, please do not use it with the Vivi Nova until you figure out why. Hopefully you are using protected batteries?

I have a bunch of questions but since you are new, I won't ask them. Since you are in San Diego, I recommend you visit a local shop, like Vaperoo, and have them take a look at it. There are several things that could make a battery or switch get warm. The amount of vapor on a mechanical will depend on a few factors- the resistance of the coil on the atomizer, your battery charge level, etc.

Have a shop take a look at your set up, and if your switch is getting hot with the vivi and not with the cartomizer, visit a shop that can take a look at your set up. Hot (note, not warm) batteries are NOT normal.

As for the vapor I would imagine the coil on the vivi head is 2.4ohm or higher, for a k100 that is not kicked you should be using one of the 1.8ohm heads for the vivi nova for best performance. The heat issue if its getting hot not warm I would stop using that setup until you figure out what is wrong.

I second this. You probably aren't getting enough power from your k 100, since you don't have a kick.
