PM space

Is there a way to get more PM space? I seem to always be at 98% and constantly have to go cleaning.

I keep the PM's I send for; infomation, confirmation, and listing of addys and PIF's, but I still don't have enough space!

Can we buy more?

Truthfully, I've never had a non supplier ask for more space. I know a supplier can purchase additional space. I will see if Angus is around and can answer definitively.

I would recommend if she wants to keep them for future reference, to download the as text. That's what I do, as we each know we process quite a bit of PM's!

go to your PM screen, inbox or sent, and at the bottom right are links you can click to download your PM's

once you do that you have a hard copy on your PC locally and can delete them here online.

Leanne, I definitely recommend downloading as xml - you can then import the file into a spreadsheet for easy viewing.

well you can export as XML, CSV, or Text. most spreadsheet programs can read a csv...

as long as u know where u downloded them to you have 2 options:

1) right click the file as and choose "open with" and use u'r spreadsheet program

2) go to u'r spreadsheet program, choose file, open, then browse to get to where you downloaded u'r files.
