It's just All so Stupid.

Indeed. Stupid and the height of hypocrisy. Cigarettes and cigars are sold everywhere; so is marijuana (in many states, including mine) in all kinds of flavors and forms, including edibles like brownies, chocolate and candy bars, gummy bears, chips...

This is a cannabis vending machine in Seattle.

What I could Envision is some B&M's doing a Ramp Down until All there Inventory is Gone. Or they can Run Out their Lease.

From what I have read from others, there are vape shops out there that do seem to be totally oblivious to what is happening, so they either are in the business without a lawyer or without the proper lawyer. So I can see these ignorant vape shop owners doing this simply our of sheer ignorance.

But I don't know if any of the more professionally-minded vape shop owners are willing to risk hefty fines and possibly worse buy illegally selling a tobacco product.

We'll find out soon enough, though.

With everything that has Happened, and with where we are Today, I can't really see too many Shops that Don't Know what is Going On.

Now they might Not Say anything. Because the Last Thing a e-Liquid Shop wants is to Panic their Clientele and have them start doing DIY. And to See how Cheap DIY is compared to retail e-Liquid

Because Tons of people would be doing DIY if Shops told them what is Going On.

So Yeah... There might be Few Shops that are Clueless. But I would say Most that appear Clueless are just Not say'n what they Know.

Right.;)

How do you like yours?
I wasn't impressed at first, but adjusting my flavor % up a bit and adjusting the preheat setting up it's growing on me. I can see a smoker getting off the smokes with it. Course I am still MTL so can't comment from a DTL perspective.

It's because they don't want to deal with the crisis at hand, but want to seem to be doing something.

I can't speak for the rest of the US but I know in NY I feel that the government did respond in proportion to the severity of the COVID problem, which is why we have a low infection rate now. I think that the vape ban had a lot to do with Cuomo's negative perceptions towards vaping. He tried a similar ban before COVID but it was struck down in courts. This crisis was a way to push it through in my opinion. Perhaps he was thinking it was a risk factor, having people vaping during the pandemic, but I'm sure there's no shortage of people on here who could argue against such reasoning.

I personally think the timing was terrible. People are under unprecedented stress and you want to take vaping away at that very time. And as others have mentioned on this thread, it's a great source of tax revenue, so that is a missed opportunity for the state. Although I believe I read that they are allowing PMTA approved flavored e-liquids into the state, I am not sure in what scope of restriction.

I'm pretty confident that there will be some vendors who continue supply supplying product until JBTs show up and prove once again that all laws and regulations are actually death threats. It's hard to say if or when this will happen. I mean look at all the shops in states like CO and CA opening selling a certain Schedule 1 drug....
Whether that particular trend of states slowly realizing that
Well, no place is perfect. If I vacation there, I can just bring my own vape gear with me.
Just be sure to check the local ordinances on where/if you can vape in public/hotels and such.

Meh I'd wait a while before like doing that. Seattle was a mess and the major only reinstituted the POLICE FORCE when looters and rioters showed up at her HOUSE.

I was like, "UH HUH! I have been noting that looters and protesters and rioters would eventually run out of food and resources and make their way to the suburbs."

I also cursed her and called her a racist, elitist TOOL I mean if she was so into equality she should have shared her RESOURCES BUT NO. It was only cool when it was in the poor areas and you could visit as a "White" black lives matters person during the day, like it was some sort of Street show/FAIR." Gah.

You know I have lived in several countries and the US remains my favorite but HOLY JESUS have I been hating their politicians since I learned about politics.

Where my house is (and UP MY STREET) has been the source of Extreme Rioting on three different occasions now I'm sorta glad well very glad I moved.

I think we need to train our politicians like we train our dogs. Freaking ELECTRIC SHOCKS every time they do something not in the constitution or otherwise idiotic.

We'd have to take turns the combine shocks might kill them all....

Wait, what am I saying--we need as many folks willing to be in on this as possible.

Couldnt agree more with making a thread sticky of e-juice, mod makers that have applied for PMTA. I know HALO E-Cigs has, but only for 3 of their juices (2 tobacco flavors and 1 Menthol....YUCK but better than nothing).

I have a feeling those businesses that DID apply for the PMTA will charge a TON more $$$ for their products.

Halo subzero is my husbands favorite so hopefully they'll get approval...

I don't know that anyone would risk any dessert flavors in this climate though, certainly not right away. I'd say the best to hope for would be an unflavored to submit... but if someone's submitted on an unflavored I haven't heard.... somewhere like NN may though...

I wish someone who is up to it would update as new businesses apply for PMTA. Is that possible to post a new list on this thread like once per week at least?

Apparently there are quite a few companies that have either already filed PMTAs or plan to before 9/9. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do this, but some people on Reddit are compiling a list.
