Last I got a regulated mod from overseas, it was labeled as a "metal tube"
The most creative one I got once was "aromatherapy supplies."

Yes!Good for them! So now we know of two nic vendors who are submitting. Things are looking up!![]()
That's a common one among alternative vapes....The most creative one I got once was "aromatherapy supplies."![]()

Now I know more how it felt in '37. Tbh, most flavors will survive maybe not vape wizard, hardware will get through, or be easy enough to make, PG/VG are not a concern, as they're readily available. I worry about people desperate enough to go to the grey/black market for nicotine. Anyone know when the tax is going into effect?Hey, it's legal in my state. No need to hide the contents. But e-cigs is a different story.![]()
So may be they will keep operating. They should be able to continue selling to consumers as before. I don't regret anything I've stockpiled.I talked to my nic vendor and they are in the process of completing their PMTA so they will be open for business after September 9th.

Apparently one of the big Chinese brands is doing a few. I *think* it was innokin, and only a handful of mods. Very few. They'll just have to change their name, like Bull City did.
I'm not that optimistic about hardware, though. I haven't heard of any hardware makers submitting PMTAs, have you?
On nic? Nothing yet. Join CASAA (if you haven't done so yet) and visit their forum here for updates. They fight for us and need our support.

Should nicotine sales be restricted to only those who have a business license, consumers will be left hanging. That's my idea of how the FDA can cut us off without notice.

Prior to 2009 here, it was sold in hardware stores. Then was scheduled as a dangerous poison when they got a wiff that vaping existedBut do they have jurisdiction? Nicotine is not a "finished product" and I'm sure it was being sold in the U.S. before the grandfather date.
I'm thinking they can do that on the basis that the FDA has the authority to regulate tobacco manufacturers. Restricting nicotine concentrate sales to approved manufacturers would seem like a simple likely step in that regulation. But do they have jurisdiction? Iirc, in PA, it was classified as a poison, used in organic farming. The FDA undid that when vaping took off.Prior to 2009 here, it was sold in hardware stores. Then was scheduled as a dangerous poison when they got a wiff that vaping existed
