ok, so im fairly new to dripping. i was lucky enough to have ben gifted with a Dark Horse. i find it the best first dripper i could have ever gotten, as i can run it in many different setups. only downfall is i cant stick it in my pocket.... i suspect this is how many drippers are, as condensation builds up, it leaks into pockets and such...

really enjoying dripping, so i think i want another one :)

is there any RDAs designed to be pocketable?

Veritas is not a cloud chaser rda, but it is leak resistant.

What I did with my other drippers is take a piece of microfiber cloth and rap your mod in that before dropping it in your pocket. Also - vape it dry before slapping it in your pocket - no need to take nasty dry hits, vape until just before the dry hit (you will figure it out with experience).

already do - i think all the condensation buildup between the AFC ring is causing the leakage in my pockets.

i might have to start carrying a cloth with me, for now atleast.

Reinforcing the Veritas suggestion. It's a bit of a pain to build, but pretty difficult to make leak (and flavorful as hell; totally love mine). The Marquis works the same way, I believe.

The Achilles is an awesome rda, but absolutely only for mouth-lung draws. Just zero lung hit capability. Pretty perfect for what it is, though (and more or less leak-proof).

The Holmes is similar to the Achilles, but lets you dual coil and features an adjustable and potentially really airy draw. No leaking, either.

The Mini and 22mm Yaeliq rdas work similarly to both the Achilles and Holmes, too (so leak-resistant). I own a Mini for Egos and iSticks and such, and I swear by that thing. Tighter draw, though.

A running trend you notice here is that most leak resistant rdas bring air in from under the coil. As such, they typically give great flavor, but it can be harder to find one with a really wide open draw.

Edit: forgot that Chels of Mini-Ecig just put out two drippers (a 22mm and a 16 or so) which are designed comparably to most of those and, as such, oughta be hard to make leak. I actually have a Microdrip in the mail (fiiiiiinally they ship), so I'll letcha know what's what when it gets here. Gonna be hard to unseat that Mini-Yaeliq, though...

Chipotle.
I just vape my wicks dry before I pocket the mod, nothing to leak = no mess. One of the benefits to me with Rayon wick is the ability to vape it all the way dry with no bad/dry taste.

Edit: One of the most leak proof RDA designs I've ever come across was the Viking - VIKING REBUILDABLE DRIPPING ATOMIZER with the airflow design unless you seriously over drip I don't see it leaking.

The Venturi RDA is leak resistant unless you keep it upside down for a while. I never even got a bit of juice to come out of that thing and it was always dry. Flavor from it is very nice though vapor can be hit or miss on it sometimes depending on how you wick it. The post holes on it are quite tiny though, I was able to barely squeeze dual 24 gauge coils into them but I doubt you could get anything bigger than that that into it.

There are a few rda's that channel the airflow down from the top in order to make them leakproof like this manta v2

Looks like this rogue also does it:

sxk sk - but it does it by using a proprietary drip tip [they should just make an adapter or design the adapter in the topcap]

top intake, channelled airflow might become the future of tanks and drippers, but I'm surprised it hasn't already

I would also recommend the Veritas and Marquis as leak resistant drippers. By design the Veritas is more leak resistant because (seen sideways) the juice channels form "valleys" below the raised air channel. But with either, turn the top cap slightly to close off the air hole(s) before pocketing for even more leak resistance. I think both of these RDAs have an additional advantage as on-the-go drippers in that they are especially easy to drip through the drip tip hole. No real aiming needed since the coil or coils are only on one side, with a metal block filling in the entire other side.

I think you're talking about something other than the veritas

Maybe it wasn't well phrased, but on either side of the air flow hole in the picture, if you laid it with the air hold against the table, the juice would flow away from the air hole and collect in the "valleys" that run along the sides of the airflow. Maybe that's what mikelipino was trying to say?

There's no such thing as a leak proof dripper, just the nature of RDAs, specially those with a large capacity. If you tilt it it will leak

Unless it is a well drilled bottom feeder RDA that drains well back into the squonk bottle, I pocket all my BF RDAs without so much as a drop of leakage
