top-airflow-intake rda's like the Aeolus and the manta and a few others are designed to be leak resistant; they take the air from the top and the air first has to go down before hitting the coil.
That way, for juice to leak through the air channels the juice would have to go up first.

The Aeolus is a good top airflow dripper. I've never had a leak in mine even laying it on its side.

This, x10. The Aeolus has a large deck, double orings, and no holes in the sides. Good luck getting it to leak. Now that I've said all that...I bet mine will leak.
