The screw that contacts the battery positive is also adjustable if necessary.

Yes, but it's almost falling out in 18490/18500 mode. Luckily I have an extra battery cap so I don't have to keep swapping springs. I use cap with the original Asmart spring in 18350 & 18650 mode and the cap with the larger spring in 18490/18500 mode.

Get some n50 magnets for the nemmy and you won't have to lock it when you put it down. I can put mine down in 18650 mode with a full KFL or R91% and it won't fire.

Mine dont fire with the spring when on the table,i just love the Poli now, almost hits too freaking hard. She sure looks great with the Kracken on top.It feels a lot lighter tahn the Nemmy with the Kracken,I NOW LOVE THIS POLDIAC...now i know why the orginal cost 150 euros.

Well my switch works perfectly now, my shirt fits right, the battery spring is good now, I guess it's time to move on to something else now,
fasttech will be back up in another five days.

Well I couldn't hold out for fasttech to re-open.

Ordered some of this on the recommendation of someone on another forum.

2 Ounce Tub CB Ham Radio No Ox ID A Special Conductive Grease All Antenna Metal | eBay

I just removed the contact screws one at a time and put on a TINY amount with the end of a toothpick. Also put a little on the tube threads for lubrication.

I tried this without any other changes and it has fired strongly without a misfire since yesterday. Have no idea how long it will last and still look forward to installing a copper pin.

I picked up a DaVapes Poldiac clone last night from Vape Up USA in Chula Vista Ca. last night for a friend.
I put a copper pin in the switch, squished the battery spring a tad, added Noalox to the battery cap threads and tailored the fit of the shirt.
What a difference a few minutes spent on it makes. I'm sure he will be happy with it.

I forgot to mention adding a little o-ring to the atty post but I didn't forget to install it.

Id like too get a solid gold or solid silver button pin,i sanded my pin down to the brass and it hits like no tommorrow.

Go to a custom jewelry guy, all isn't going to help with the dodgammed pos atty connection, even with that Oring I still don't like it, it works I just like to change attys link e every 5 minutes so it's kinda stupid having to carry a screwdriver with me. I'm gonna send mine back or sell it, is got the copper pin and a much stronger magnet if anyone wants it, devapes BTW....

I hated mine at first, the button fell off,the magnet fell off,the switch was sticking, batt spring was stiff as hell, sharp edges.BUT...i did the small fixes and now i could not be happier,i dont mine using a filler oring with the 510 pin.I would buy another no problem. To fix the sticky button i enlarged the shirt hole a few thousands/inch and took of the sharp edges.Crazy glued the magnet and button and worked the bottom spring with pliers too make it less stiff. All my other Mods are put too shame.I would not get the brass model cause it would weigh a ton,the SS model hits excellent and no smelly brass hands.

Have you tried Noalox or the stuff I mentioned above? Mine was misfiring about half the button presses. Since yesterday, with the NO OX ID, not a single time. May not last, but was instantly better. I'm no expert, but it is "hitting" about like my Nemesis clone.

I got my button working fantastic, better than I ever thought it would, I just don't like having to adjust the pin for every atty, I change out attys way to often.

You dont really need a screw driver to access the pin, just take off the top cap and ues you fingers...no biggie, but if you have too with the oring, just carry a nail clipper with you and use the small file on it.I use a rubber head from an nova tank head,i just slice in half and its the perfect size, not too thick.
