i have been pulled over and while waiting on the ticket i was working my 510 w passthru and the cop was all interested in it so i explained it all to her and showed her how its done etc gave her some cards and since then ive seen other cops from the same department with there own 510s so i got the info out to them at least. I see the same cops everyday on the way to work so they know both of my trucks pretty well.

So when I go play poker In Atlantic City again next month I can't vape there? :(

In the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Casino you cannot smoke analogs in the poker room, but they do allow the e-cigarette. I hear that most casino's are beginning to allow the e-cigs in the poker rooms.

I've had a couple run ins that went well..

I got pulled over a couple weeks ago(taillight out) while returning from a party with my girlfriend. I had my fog log, USB PT, and juice in the console. When I reached for my registration in the glove box I noticed I had my backup mini-mag mod that resembles some sort of pipe bomb with electrical tape wrapped around it in a ziplock bag with some juice. I was certain I was going to get hassled, but amazingly enough they didn't even question it...and they were eyeballing everything in my car with their flashlight.

Last year I went to a Buffalo Bills game and had my pen style with me since smoking is banned in the stadium(hadn't yet kicked the analogs). I was questioned by several security guards and each let me go on my way after I showed them what the device was. Although I was approached by one guard that had an attitude and told me to put it out immediately. So I had a little fun with him and ground the 'cherry' into my wrist. After I told him it was an e-cig and his eyes retracted into their sockets he left me alone

I have yet to be questioned about my Ecig.
But I have an air blower (blow gun) which is a pen style. It lives in my shirt pocket.
I got extensively questioned about it, during a "routine traffic stop". (tag light out)
They smelled it, tasted it, had the dog examine it, and threaghtened to arrest me for possetion of (drug) paraphenalia.

I train dogs with police and vape openly in front of them. Obviously it is a different situation because they know me but I use it as an opportunity to inform and educate them regarding e-cigs. Who knows it may make someones next traffic stop easier if they have an e-cig in the auto. It may also be a bit easier because I vape sweet or minty types and the aroma is quite obvious.

I've vaped openly in front of some of Denver's Finest and have never even gotten a second glance. Almost every time, it has been indoors where smoking isn't allowed in Denver (bars, clubs, concerts, etc.). I think they must have been briefed about e-cigs or something because they don't even seem curious about what I'm doing.

LEO'S know all about e-cigs. They use e-cigs too. The rules on smoking are tightening up everywhere. No smoking is the rule in all state owned buildings and CARS...but you'll never see a Texas State trooper smoking anything in uniform unless the sector chief has OK'd it for the entire sector.

My husband I spent the day at a local gathering yesterday "Western Days" here in Twin Falls Idaho. It was a day long venture so I had my kit with me ( it contains all the spare batts attys, juices and carts). We vaped all day including swapping mods out of my kit in front of police and narry a word was said. On the other hand we had 5 people ask us about ecigs, handed out my phone number numerous times. I cant wait for ecf to have business cards.
