recently I was on west 4th street in manhattan looking to buy ejuice, walking back to the train i was vaping away on my ego and was spotted by 4 cops...all 4 were outside of a pizzeria smoking analogs, they were suprisingly nice, i explained to them what i was doing and how it works, and the fact that i stopped smoking gave all 4 of them the cignot cards i recieved in the mail that morning, ive given out like 15 of en to my smoking friends

I will have a chance to vape in front of a sampling of Hoosier deputies in Aug. Attending a 3 day training for firearm instuctors and there are always county deputies in the classes and there are already 4 confirmed. I suspect we'll talk about the same things that were typical when I was a smoker.

Don't expect there will be any issues about the PV. It is the smaller town officer that I would be concerned with being confused about PV's. But I've had to assume the position with state troopers because of misinformation before. (Hint: if an officer pulls his firearm on you, correcting his firearm handling does NOT make things go smoother. But does give his fellow officers joke material when that name comes up in a training class even years later.)

I didn't know casinos were allowed here in Florida? hmmmm interesting.

Technically they're not. The Seminole hard rock deal was a bit different.

Quoted from Wikipedia (because it was the shortest paragraph w/ the most info)

"On June 22, 2008, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida began "Vegas-style" table gambling instead of using just type-II slots. The Seminole Tribe paid the State of Florida US$100 million as part of a 25-year pact. On July 5, 2008, the Florida Supreme Court ruled that the governor's agreement was unconstitutional but table games continue to operate because the Federal Department of the Interior approved the now illegal pact with the state"
