1. How long have you been vaping?
Almost 7 months. I started on December 18, 2012.
2. How many milliliters of liquid do you go through daily?
I'm going to guess 2.5-5, depending on the day and what delivery method I'm using.
3. Nicotine level?
Most 11/12mg, but I still have a few 15mg and 18mg samples floating around.
4. PG/VG content ratio?
PG free, I react badly to it.
5. What effects to your health have you experienced (good and bad) (vs. analog smoking)?
The absolute worst problem I've had was the breakouts from PG. I've had some acne since I started vaping, but when I was still using PG I was also breaking out in hives and these weird, larger red bumps that were extremely itchy and somewhat painful. I kept adjusting my PG/VG, found that all VG cleared it up, and I've been ok since. Otherwise, my worst problem is not hydrating properly some days, which is completely my fault because I don't like water and have to force myself to drink more of it.
On the positive side, I can breathe easier, taste things better, smell things better, I have more stamina for exercising and other things that require some physical exertion, and I just feel better all around. I haven't had as many issues with my sinuses, either.
