i don't know if such a thing does exist, or if you would still want one considering polypropylene can still be destroyed by caustic juices....it just takes longer.

that being said, i do like this little gem:

510 Tank Hybrid LR

but it's currently out of stock......the vivi nova is going to be the closest thing to a stardust, however the tank is still plastic, but you can replace it with a metal tube if desired.

The latest version of the Vivi Nova and the Smoktech Titan (or Screw tank) have similar atomizer heads that a clearomizer has, but they are significantly larger than a Stardust in size. Maybe check out the Mini Vivi Nova if you like this style in a smaller format. All of the above should have tubes made of polypropylene.

I'm not aware of any true clearomizers making use of polypropylene in their construction, but I could easily be wrong.

Edit: Dang you, elmattias, you beat me by seconds.

If your wanting something smaller than a standard nova go with the brand name Vivi Nova Mini. I've got 6 of them at last count (i think) plus 4 or 5 of the standard ones. Never had any problems except with a coconut juice that I had to kick out of the house because it didn't behave like I wanted it to. Smelled wonderful but tasted really nasty............

I'm not worried about the size. More the material. I have a Texas tuff tank which uses a carto, but I don't really care for the cartos anymore. I also have a nova with the aluminum tank, but I didn't like not being able to monitor my juice. What to do?

buy a metric ton of clear vivi replacement tubes?

edit: or you can try genesis attys?

Anything specific on why you don't care for cartos anymore?

What brand were you using. Perhaps a different, better brand would work for you?

I've been using boge. I've always had problems tasting juice and I feel like they're muting the flavor. Because of the last issues with I vape mostly cinnamon and lemon flavors.....not good for polycarb. Are those atty's the ones you have to rebuild? I think I might try the smoktech titan.....might be a winner.

Give one a try. I prefer cartotanks for best flavor, myself. I have been using Smoktek single coil cartos, and also really like the Ikenvape Platinums which I've recently tried. You might consider trying a different brand carto. I have a list of pre-punched cartomizer suppliers in my blog under my avatar.

I never cared for the Boge cartos, either, despite their popularity. Just like with e-juice flavors, preferences are very subjective.

I got the Titan to try because of the polypropylene tubing, the easy fill top, and the popularity of the Vivi Nova style. It is easy to fill and provides tons of vaper, but in my opinion it lacks in providing the flavor I enjoy with my cartotanks. YMMV, I won't discourage anyone from giving them a try.

I'm sorry but I have to agree with Baditude on this one. I never like cartos until I went to a carto/tank. Now that's all I want to use. I still have all my vivi nova's both standard and mini's and also a bunch of stardust rebuildable's, that I carry for stealth vaping at work. But I truly do like my carto/tanks. The flavor is outstanding from each one of them. Don't knock it till you try it. :toast:

I have to agree with bad as well, but then we seem to see eye to eye on a lot of things.

anyways I generally recommend the ikenvape platinum series to everyone...I find them WAY better than boge...and so far I'm very much liking the ibtanked Pyrex glass tanks, as well as my beloved phiniac Pyrex glass tanks, as the flavor just seems more pure in glass, plus you have zero worry about Pyrex degrading in those types of tanks.
