Yes, definitely some misleading information (24 mg = 2.4% NOT 24%, as Stubby pointed out), Nothing about e-cigarettes is "FDA-approved" for how they are used, there are plenty of tobacco products that "comes close" to quitting tobacco altogether (snus, strips, lozenges, e-cigarettes are so low risk that they barely register as health risks, which means they come EXTREMELY close to quitting altogether) and that one man certainly hasn't "quit his addiction" by switching to e-cigarettes (since he is apparently still using nicotine and has the "hand-to-mouth" habit) but what's more important is that he is not exposing himself to SMOKE. So, his addiction is not really any worse than the caffeine addiction millions of people have (that no one cares about) but it could still be called an addiction or dependence.

That nitpicking aside, this is probably the first news report that was such a glowing endorsement and absent the nearly obligatory mention of the FDA statement and some pinch-faced ANTZ telling people to use FDA-approved BP products instead. THAT was pretty awesome!
