Possible ban/ blank carts?

I've been stocking up since I started because within a few weeks after I started the California ban issue came up.

Can I buy blank cartomizers? I didn't see them on V4Life, but I don't want to be caught with nothing in the event this does happen.

From what I gather, Steve had some at customs that got confiscated or something? (Correct me if I'm wrong) I believe he will be getting some in though. What I am doing is refilling my cartos only once or twice, then capping them back up and tossing them into a coffee can to refill in case of ban or prohibition! My emergency stock as it were....

Sheesh, JenJen, there may come a time when we're picking through old carts and such like some people look for old ciggy butts. boohooo!

I've got enough supplies to last appx. 2 years with my other mods, but I have a feeling that the v4l is going to become my mainstay, so I really want to be prepared.

I just got caught up with that huge tax increase that went into effect on roll your own analogs, but I ordered 30 lbs of tobacco and the tubes for those. Enough to last about 2 years. Now I'm sitting here looking at all the lbs of tobacco wanting to gag because I can't bear to smoke them any longer.

I am going to be so upset if I am forced back into smoking cigarettes due to a ban on this stuff. Maybe I can wean myself off nic with the ecigs eventually, that way I won't be in the grips of my addiction and have to deal with any of it. I do really enjoy vaping, though, way more than I ever liked smoking cigarettes. I want my vape!

CigEasy has them back in stock. From what I have read none of them are as good as Steve's but at least you can get them.

Tell you what... my sister (a recent convert by the way) lives in Scottsdale. If worse comes to worse, we can have it sent there and I can take weekend trips to pick it up. Like Steve said, where there is a will there is a way - we Californians can have a meeting place to distribute the goodies! Par-Tay!

Depending on Judge Leon's ruling, ecigs might be banned everywhere in the USA. If it comes to that I will still order supplies from China. Customs is not capable of inspecting every package.

BTW I noticed mist-stix also has blanks and their shipping might be cheaper. I don't know of anyone who has tried those. The ones I received from another vendor did not include the o-ring. However I am sure the easycig blanks have them.

Empty carts used to be dirt cheap compared to filled ones. unfortunately many sites are now selling them as high as the filled ones due to demand...this reduced my demand for them, If i can rinse out a cart cheaper than i can buy an empty, I'm less than zealous about buying them.

Maybe they'd be cheaper by the thousand or something

Yeah, I was a little taken aback at the pricing on those empty carts, I was just out there taking a look.
I guess it's just impossible to stock up for a lifetime on anything, isn't it?

I inquired about some empties from a specific supplier. They are currently out of them, but assured me that they would be in stock in a couple of weeks and that the price would drop drastically when they get them in, if they can get them through customs. DAMN YOU FDA!!!!!!

I, too, have been ordering blank carts from cigeasy while crossing fingers that Steve is able to get them stocked, they work great with my VK USB passthroughs.

ive had one or two that work ok on one set of batteries but refuse to work on my auto passthrough..however i have never had one fail to function on my manuals..passthrough or battery...hrmph. The manuals i have seem to be more likely to work on everything..but theyre new and not broken in good yet. Have to remember these things come from china. I had some specific issues with empties from one supplier but not another..but they were unrelated to the center post mounting depth..entirely different issue.
