What misconceptions? :?:
Disclaimer: I hope that I am not going to get anyone here angry, as my political views are neither supportive of the current nor against any health care reform, and further more, completely irrelevant for this discussion.

To me, the final part of the article sounds a lot like a "summary" press release from FDA. Since FDA did found DEG in an e-cig cartridge, and TNSA in all of them, saying so is not a lie, but it is definitely a bad spin, as every e-cig user will agree. Similarly, saying that illegal aliens would be exempt from the new health care obligations and taxes is not a lie, but the problem lies in the fact that currently illegal aliens are "exempt" from most other taxes and obligations by the basic fact that they are illegal. Isn't this a bad spin as well?
