Possible US Customs Problem ?

Well everyone, my order from China seems to have a problem. It was shipped on the 10th, Tracking number shows that it left China on the 12th. I contacted the supplier yesterday.

Content：Order # *******718814R Have not received my order. It was shipped on the 10th Tracking #******737CN is this normal.

Thanks greg, yes, this parcel seems has something wrong, we will check it with the EMS,
if you can not receive it, we would like to resend it or refund the money to you.



I don't know if this is a Custom problem, or order just got lost.
Hopefully supplier will give me more information later . I will keep everybody informed.

Just a note, this order was a decent size order and had a lot of juice, around 200 mL and spare parts, approximate value $200.

Just my luck, This order is my wife's order, she has been waiting patiently so she could start vaping.

I had an order disapear, could not track it - finally David at Eastmall gave me a refund and not long after that the package showed up!

If customs nabbed it, you'll get a letter from them shortly saying as much.

Sounds like you've got a good supplier there regardless, if they are willing to resend/refund this quickly.

I've had 2 orders come in through JFK; 1 from Bestecig and 1 from Runyandirect.
The first from Bestecig didn't even go to customs and the second one, I just received today, went through customs and was released the same day.
Both orders came in 7 days.
Your probably fine.

OP, you may be jumoping the gun a little bit. The 12th was a Sunday, and you have had 2 weekends in this time span............I am betting it shows up but the end of this week or Monday.........

got my order from ruyandirect today, in under a week! ordered this past weds evening and it sailed through customs to my doorstep. It was a big order as well, of course it was passed through customs with the "correct" declaration. no need to say more.

Hi,

Im a new buyer from Eastmall, i was wondering if its normal to see the package not leaving china in over 5 days? (i am in California)

I received an email saying box was shiped on the 10'th or 11th and the last note on the EMS page says:

2009-06-13 05:16:00 GUANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center

Now does this mean it has left sorting center on its way to the US?
or is it saying the package is somewhere still in between the "sorting center" and the international carrier?

Sorry if I am noobin out here, Im just excited about my first shipment and read a couple of posts talkingabout losing packages from china and other random issues.

Does my timeframe seem common so far?

Your order should be fine....Its not uncommon to see this for several days until it shows up on US soil....Thats when you have to worry!!!!
